Delivery Time

Lucy Jane Home aims to package and dispatch your order within 3 - 4 working days of ordering. Depending on size and weight of parcels, they are sent via second class post or courier and usually take 2 - 3 working days. 

As much as all efforts are made for you to receive your order by the dates quoted, delivery times can not be guaranteed and can occasionally be longer due to reasons out of our control.

Shipping Costs

Lucy Jane Home has a flat rate of £4.20 to ship to UK mainland for England, Scotland and Wales. Please contact us if you wish to have a product shipped out of the UK.

Please note Lucy Jane Home cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, incorrect or specific address or delivery instructions given.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return your item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your items. Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with it's original packaging for a refund of the purchase price, excluding the flat rate cost and your return postage cost. 

Damaged Items

In the rare case of receiving any faulty or damaged items please contact within 2 working days of receipt. Please keep all packaging and take a photo of the damaged item along with a clear image of the packaging including the box that your order arrived in.
